The Riverfront Lodge is a 36-unit, whole-ownership condominium building located along the Eagle River in Avon, Colorado, with views of Beaver Creek Ski Resort to the south.  The Lodge consists of a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, and is designed to meet the requirements of LEED Gold for Homes.

Amenities include a large pool deck, heated “infinity” pool and fire pits, lawn terrace, and easy access to the Eagle Valley Trail network and Riverfront Gondola.  The building is designed to take advantage of the spectacular views, with 8-ft tall storefront-style living room windows with vaulted ceilings at the top floor and private balconies.

A mix of stone, stucco, cementitious panels, glu-lam beams, and wood siding—all set atop a concrete plinth to recall the Westin complex—create a modern look that also remains grounded in the mountains and context of Riverfront Village and the adjacent hotel.

The units are designed to respond to today’s active social lifestyle, with kitchens along the view wall that open up to and engage the living rooms, and flexibility to allow for secondary bedrooms to be converted to dens that connect to the living spaces.
