One Riverfront Townhomes

The One Riverfront Townhomes are an enclave of 13 units within four buildings that range from duplexes to four-plexes. The multi-level luxury residences create a courtyard with their sister project—the One Riverfront Condominium Building—to enclose a neighborhood pool and several hot tubs. The entire neighborhood boasts stunning views of Beaver Creek Ski Resort and the Eagle River and has a direct connection to the Avon Recreation Trail. The One Riverfront neighborhood has full access to the adjacent Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa amenities and is a short walk to the Riverfront Gondola. The townhomes, like the condominiums, are all-electric, including the fireplaces. The LEED-Gold buildings also include photovoltaic panels on the roofs to take advantage of their southern exposure.
