Manor Vail “Ridge and River” Mountainside Kitchen

Located within Manor Vail Lodge in Vail Village, “Ridge and River" Mountainside Kitchen is a newly-remodeled 2,000 SF restaurant designed by Zehren and Associates.  The primary goal for the project was to create a brighter, more modern space; in addition the selection of finishes, furniture, and lighting provides guests with a more elevated dining experience.  Since this space is often used for weddings, the neutrality of the finishes was a key consideration, to allow wedding planners to coordinate with any color scheme.  The design also introduces a private dining space that can be fully closed off with velvet draperies, and made available for large parties to rent out.
