Zehren and Associates was hired to develop a coordinated plan for exterior improvements  to Lot 15 in Bachelor Gulch, CO.  Due to the design review regulations of Bachelor Gulch it was necessary to coordinate and obtain the review approval of the Beaver Creek Design Review Board.

Included in the exterior remodel improvements included reconfiguration and expansion of the rear patio, including a new fire pit and spa, working with the sloping gradients and any setback and easement limitations of the adjacent ski way. The remodel enhanced plantings and landscape beds at the main entry and at the rear of the property. Also, a naturalistic re‐circulating water feature was integrated into the edge of the rear patio taking advantage of the sloping conditions.
