Forest Highlands is a 16,500-square foot visitor center/ sales office and a resident clubhouse located south of the city of Flagstaff in a beautiful forest of ponderosa pine trees.  The facilities include public restrooms, locker areas, restaurant, retail shop, lounge, and administrative offices.  Local malapai and sandstone were used on the massive fireplaces as well as custom-designed bronze Kaibab squirrels, which are native to the area.

The 2.7-million-dollar club facility is the focus of a 653-acre pine-covered golf course development located in the shadow of the impressive San Francisco Peaks.  Praised for its architectural style and quality, members find the Clubhouse an enjoyable community gathering place.

The plan incorporates a formal dining area, kitchen, main hall, lounge, locker areas, administrative offices, and a pro shop.
