The Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf course located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Zehren and Associates was responsible for the design and construction documentation of the clubhouse facility.  The clubhouse is approximately 17,000 square feet and includes a pro shop, men's and women's locker rooms, a grill, kitchen, and a basement-level golf cart storage area.  It was designed to appear as if the building is over 100 years old—having been added and subtracted to over the years—but was not a slave to this approach and incorporated many new technologies into the final design.

The exterior material, a modified cement adobe brick veneer, was chosen with lasting value and ease of maintenance in mind, as budget constraints were top priority.  The list of exterior materials includes concrete masonry, brick masonry, stucco, adobe brick, and grande clay tile roofing, with old reclaimed wood timbers used as trusses and beams.
