Sebastian Hotel

The Sebastian Hotel (originally Vail Plaza Hotel) was designed as the final phase of the Vail Village Inn Special Development District. Located east of the main Vail round-about, the Sebastian is a full-service hotel that serves as an anchor to one of the most densely developed areas in the Vail Village. The building’s lodging spaces consist of one free-market dwelling, 100 hotel rooms, 50 fractional fee club units, and 18 employee housing units. Two restaurants, a lounge, lobby, retail space, conference facilities, and indoor-outdoor pool and spa are also located within the hotel.

The design of the hotel is intended to respect the existing aesthetic of the surrounding buildings and plazas, while providing a unique identity that will establish a recognizable and viable commercial contribution to the community.
