The Sebastian Hotel was designed as the final phase of the Vail Village Inn Special Development District. Located east of the main Vail round-about, the Sebastian is a full service hotel that will serve as an anchor to one of the most densely developed areas in the Vail Village. The building’s lodging spaces consist of one free market dwelling, one hundred hotel rooms, fifty fractional fee club units, and eighteen employee housing units. Two restaurants, a lounge, lobby, retail space, conference facilities, an indoor-outdoor pool and spa are also located within the hotel.
The design of the hotel is intended to respect the existing aesthetic of the surrounding buildings and plazas, while providing a unique identity that will establish a recognizable and viable commercial contribution to the community.
