McCoy Peak Lodge is located on perhaps the most prestigious site in Beaver Creek... directly on the ski slope overlooking the village.  East West Partners chose Zehren and Associates to design the project.  The vision was to create a grand mountain lodge with classic architectural form and materials: heavy timbers, stone and plaster walls, wood siding and trim, gable and hip roofs of copper and tile, and carefully-proportioned windows to maximize the dramatic mountain views.

The design features elevator cores that provide private access directly into luxury residences, thereby eliminating the need for common corridors.  The grand lobby features log columns, a massive fireplace, and panoramic views to the ski slope.  The copper-roofed porte cochere for McCoy Peak Lodge is one of the iconic design elements within Beaver Creek Village.
