The Van Tri Marsh development in Hanoi, Vietnam was Master Planned by Zehren & Associates. The development will include an 18-hole golf course, approximately 200 single-family housing lots, 12 tennis courts and a Golf Club Houses, and Swim and Tennis Center. All roads, parking, support facilities and landscaping was to be incorporated into the Master Plan as well.
