The Legends is a cluster of 10 residential cottages overlooking the Tom Fazio golf course at the Cordillera valley Club. Combined with the Clubhouse, the Legend residences provide the architectural centerpiece for the community.

Architecturally, The Legends evokes the Colorado Territorial Style defined in the Design Regulations for the community, which were authored by Zehren and Associates. The cottages feature porches with corten metal roofs as a historic recall to their earlier counterparts in the American West. Heavy timber beams and trusses define interior spaces and frame panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
