The Van Tri Marsh development in Hanoi, Vietnam was Master Planned by Zehren & Associates. The development will include an 18-hole golf course, approximately 200 single-family housing lots, 12 tennis courts and a Golf Club House, and Swim and Tennis Center. All roads, parking, support facilities and landscaping were incorporated into the Master Plan as well.

The Golf Clubhouse is a one-story building that is focused around a central garden courtyard. Verandas surround the courtyard and provide access to the major functions of the building. The Club expects to serve 240 to 250 persons per day, and parking for 125 cars is provided on-grade. A Semi-Formal restaurant, Snack bar/lounge, Locker Rooms, Pro shop, Administrative offices and Cart storage are all part of the approximately 12,000 sq.ft. Golf Club House.
