Six speculative custom homes were designed for a steep hillside lot on the Mesa in Santa Barbara for a residential development company.  The 3-5 bedroom homes range in area from 4300-5300 square feet and include 3-car garages.  They are located on a private cul-de-sac.

Each one was designed to fit into the site in order to take advantage of the sun, views, and to step up or down with the natural existing surrounding terrain.  They feature natural stone veneers, brick veneers, stucco, barrel tiled roofs, unique chimney details, wrought iron railings and details, and heavy timber accents. Other amenities include large windows, open-plan concepts, custom-designed landscaping, and swimming pools on the south facing sides of the buildings taking in sweeping uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Barbara Channel Islands. They are currently under construction.
