Fourteen units in seven speculative duplex town homes were designed for a steep hillside lot on the Mesa in Santa Barbara for a residential development company. Eight of the units are provided at market rate of approximately 1,375-2,200 square feet and have 3 bedroom/2 bath rooms with 2-car garages. Six of the units are affordable units of approximately 1050 square feet and have 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 2-car garages. They were designed to fit into the steep sloping hillside stepping up the slope of the existing natural terrain. Each unit faces south capturing uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Barbara Channel Islands. They are currently under construction.
