The Belvidere Club was built as a Member's Only Club as an adjunct to the Cottages that line Charleston Harbor. The Club houses guest services, a concierge, a clubroom for lounging, a small kitchen and a pool with cabana.
The Cottages were designed as a fractional ownership product; built to take advantage of the water and views of Charleston Harbor. The cottages have screened porches which span the length of the building, perfect for rocking or swinging on the porch on a warm summer night. The casual atmosphere and style is reminiscent of a South Carolina low country cottage, with updated features and spaces that take advantage of the views and ocean breezes.
